Each of the classes we teach as a part of our CSM Training Program is offered in a 2-3 hour expanded workshop format. These onsite sessions are designed to provide a rich learning experience for customer success teams, and include group discussions, team exercises and tools that team members can put to use right away.

Some of the recent topics we have been addressing through workshops are: engaging executives, uncovering opportunities, building persuasion and negotiation skills, and managing time.
