Introduction to Customer Success - 3 Classes


Are you interested in exploring the field of customer success? Are you a new CSM who wants to build basic skills? Through this foundational series of 3 classes you will develop skills in discovering customer values, setting goals with clients, discussing business strategy, and managing a portfolio of accounts. Each one-hour, online class includes a practical worksheet you can use to practice the skills you have learned, as well as a resources list to extend your learning beyond the sessions.

This introductory series repeats throughout the year. The next series starts on August 29, 2019. Classes are held each Thursday at 9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern.

These are live, instructor-led online classes and attendees will need internet access, a headset with mic, and an area where they can speak and contribute to the group.
