Through this foundational series of 3 classes you will develop skills in discovering customer values, setting goals with clients, discussing business strategy, and managing a portfolio of accounts. Each one-hour, online class includes a practical worksheet you can use to practice the skills you have learned, as well as a resources list to extend your learning beyond the sessions.

This introductory series repeats throughout the year.

These are live, instructor-led online classes and attendees will need internet access, a headset with mic, and an area where they can speak and contribute to the group.
