CSM Certification Program - 16 Classes


Build your professional toolkit by becoming a Certified CSM. The Success League researched the skills that it takes to be a top performing customer success professional, and developed this comprehensive training program to ensure that you have everything you need to grow your career. This 16-class series will build your skills in all facets of a customer success role including developing account plans, managing a portfolio, onboarding new clients, conducting business reviews, managing a sales cycle, leading cross-functional teams, and tackling difficult conversations. Each one hour, online class includes tools you can use to apply new skills immediately, as well as recommended exercises and reading to extend your learning. We want to make sure you are ready to hit the ground running, so you will be required to complete a skills assessment at the end of the series in order to receive certification.

This introductory series repeats throughout the year. The next series starts on March 28, 2019. Classes are held each Thursday at 9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern. Note: There will be no class on July 4th. Classes will resume the following week.

These are live, instructor-led online classes and attendees will need internet access, a headset with mic, and an area where they can speak and contribute to the group.

Price shown is per attendee. Classes are 60 minutes long. CSMs will receive access to training session details via email upon receipt of payment.
