The Leading as a Manager Course is designed for front-line leaders who may be newly-promoted or first-time leaders, and are primarily responsible for downward-facing metrics. Classes focus on practical leadership training, interspersed with context specific to the field of Customer Success.

This course is comprised of 7 individual one-hour classes as follows:

Managing Team Members
Managing Team Performance
Reporting on Results
Hiring Top Performers
Onboarding New CS Professionals
Leading Change

These live, online, instructor-led classes will be held once weekly, for 7 concurrent weeks. If you cannot make a class, you will be placed in the next offering of that session, which will be approximately six weeks later.
