The Success League is lucky to work with a group of companies that are not only good businesses, but are doing good as well.  Here's one of our customers who is helping to make the world a better place.

Reducing Gun violence

The communities most affected by gunfire are least likely to call it in. With fewer than 1 in 5 shooting incidents reported to 9-1-1, gun crime is vastly underreported. ShotSpotter gunfire data enables intelligent analysis so law enforcement can move from a reactive to a proactive, data-driven response to gun violence. ShotSpotter instantly notifies officers of gunshot crimes in progress with real-time data delivered to dispatch centers, patrol cars and smart phones. By helping to reduce gun violence, ShotSpotter reduces the lasting effects it has on communities, families and children.

Agile project management meets savvy operation experts.

Our team isn't made up of former consultants. We are operators with over 50 years of combined experience in every area of customer success. A background in the technology space has taught us that agile works for startups, and we've adapted that methodology to our consulting practice. We value transparency, communication and results.

Where The Success League stands out from the rest is their expertise with selling, marketing, services and business strategy – which helps to integrate customer success into a business for best results. They helped us to develop a customer acquisition and selling process, validate our messaging and zero-in on the important customer problems to solve for our technology solution. Along the way, we learned how to use data-driven, agile approaches for our commercial efforts.
