CSM Edge is a 90-day coaching experience designed to help you become the CSM leaders trust with their most strategic customers.

Working directly with Customer Success executive Whitney Littlewood, you'll practice the conversations that shape careers and receive personalized coaching from someone who has spent 20 years building Customer Success teams, hiring and promoting top talent, and leading commercial organizations.

Over 90 days, you'll build the skills to:

• Influence customer decisions and gain buy-in

• Lead commercial conversations with confidence

• Develop executive presence

Every engagement begins with a Career Readiness Assessment and a 1:1 consultation to identify the skills that will accelerate your growth. Your coaching includes five personalized Challenge scenarios, completed via asynchronous video, and a final development roadmap.

Investment: $1,500 USD for 90 days (option to continue monthly).

To ensure meaningful coaching, places are limited to 10 CSMs per cohort.

Each additional month includes continued access to your coaching framework, fresh scenario practice, and personalized feedback as your real-world challenges evolve. Whether you're preparing for a high-stakes renewal, navigating a difficult executive relationship, or working toward a promotion, ongoing coaching keeps your skills sharp and your development on track.

Extensions are available one month at a time, so you stay in control of your investment.
