The Success League’s training is accredited through the Customer Success Association, the longest-running association in our field. Our program has been in place since 2017, and we have taught over 5,000 CS professionals and leaders. Each of our instructors is an experienced CS leader, and we offer both CSM and CS Leadership Certification courses. Every topic we teach includes worksheets, exercises and recommended resources that extend learning beyond class.

Coaching

It is commendable to grow leaders from inside your organization, but while these new managers have great CS experience, they are often missing key leadership skills. Coaching helps these leaders focus on driving strong performance while learning to manage CS organization. Coaching is also a fantastic resource for leaders who are approaching the challenge of scaling their organization, or who need accountability and advice while working through key projects.
