Leading as an Executive
This Leading as an Executive course is intended for sitting or aspiring senior executive leaders whose teams encompass a broad range of front-line job duties beyond CSMs, and whose primary responsibilities are directly tied to company or industry strategy.
This course is comprised of seven individual one-hour classes as follows:
Presenting to the Board
Making the Most of Customer Feedback
Owning a Profit & Loss Statement
Becoming a Thought Leader
Handling Special Situations
Building Career Paths for Your Team
Balancing Your Career
These live, online, instructor-led classes will be held once weekly, for 7 concurrent weeks.
Series will run on Tuesdays at 9am Pacific from June 4 - July 16, 2024.
