Leading as a Director

Directors must lead leaders and expand their leadership skills in a horizontal, cross-functional way; they have major involvement in creating goals and resources, and must act strategically.

This course consists of 7 individual classes as follows:

Planning Strategically
Building Your Team
Leading Customer Success Operations
Collaborating Cross-Functionally
Developing and Leading Managers
Understanding Financial Reporting
Reporting Up and Out

These live, online, instructor-led classes will be held once weekly, for 7 concurrent weeks. If you cannot make a class, you will be placed in the next offering of that session, which will be approximately three months later.
